once ordinarily bland

searched far & beyond
Where art though my prince charming?
I'm yours forever
continuity
Living one day at a time.
each dawn awaits me
splendor in the grass
quaint, dainty wondrous joy!
You mesmerize us!
straight up or straight down
my life is like a T-square
where does it lead me?
come into my world
quintessential yet fragile
I am just like you.

Gentle Ripples
Cool amber sand,
brushed away the heat.
Flowing,
bright paths...
every motion
leaves such mystery.
Laughter and love
conquer, each moment
The moment
I sense a motion,
where windows
of light
lit the path,
every day
magic and mystery...
make me
love you more.
a butterfly
I imagine
can make you smile
such moment
offers laughter,
mystery
and
LOVE...
sand castles overflow...
withered mystery
imagine,
each moment
as the day ends
a hat, pebble,
slippers...
you, me, us...

through gentle ripples...
every time
you think of me,
happy thoughts
just pass me by.
make every moment
an island in paradise!
if you turn,
just around the corner
at rainbow's end,
eternal beauty presides.
deep in my heart and soul,
many wonder
one's reflection
in shallow water.
until we wait a while,
until the quiet storm
subsides,
from dusk til dawn
and every summer's past,

Oh Furious Beast (Ondoy)
you destroyed everything in your path,
mighty, strong, oh furious beast!
non-stop downpour
loud & angry you roared into our cities
total darkness,
an eerie silence...
is this still my beloved country?
or have I entered the gates of hell?
innocent lives,
you did not spare,
gods in the heavens
save us from this furious beast!
hear our cries & our pleas
our agonies, our sufferings
to thee we pray
and beg for your mercy...
